Naureen Anwar: Naureen completed her bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from McGill University in 2010. Naureen founded Jukti since she is a firm believer that technology can be used to improve the lives of the world's poor. Naureen currently works as a software developer in Montreal, Canada.

Kashfia Rahman: Kashfia completed her bachelor's in Business Administration from North South University in Bangladesh in 2010.She represented Bangladesh in One Young World summit in 2009. Kashfia is passionate about seeing Jukti succeed. She currently works as a business consultant in Swisscom-Katalyst and resides in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Sadia Afreen: Sadia holds a Masters Degree in Engineering from the University of Sheffield. She works full-time in England and joined Jukti to give back to her home country.
